"I went to this tire shop yesterday because I had a tire so he changed my tire and once I got home the tire I don't know something was wrong with it it was wobbling very very bad when I drive and I'm like even with the bad tire the car was not wobbling like that so the very next day I bought the tire back and all he did was balanced the tire again and then he put it back and it's still not working it's like when I came there my tire was not wobbling like that now I can barely drive the car shakes and wives uncontrollably and I am very upset and I would never ever go to this establishment and I'm going to make sure I let people know what kind of service was done he could have at least offered to give me a new tire very unprofessional"

"I am not happy with the service I got here. Found this place as we had two flat tires and was in need of a repair after 6 PM. This was the only place that was open so want to give them a shot. Before getting here, our newer vehicle, a 2020 Mazda had no damage to the wheel studs, as I put on the spares by hand with no problem. After repairing our flats, and using their powered impact wrench, showed us a damage wheel stud that was now stripped and needed to be replaced and offered a decent price to do so. With the car being so new, the part needed to be ordered. So after showing back up with the new one, as they are taking off the first nut, says that now that there is another one that is damaged and did not want to take it off without having another to replace it with, and without their boss being there to talk to. Trying to call this place can be difficult as I have been hung up on twice during the call. When I called back to talk to the manager, the story changed and she says that she told them not to do the work because of the newer electronic brakes and that they did not want to be liable if they caused any damage. This should have been stated from the beginning before all of the runaround, and now trying to send us to a mechanic or a dealer to fix their problem. She was very defensive on the phone. Only thing they wanted to offer was another wheel stud that would only cost them $3."
