"I'm honestly confused by all these bad reviews. My son has been with this dental office since he was almost a year old, and he's 14 now, My daughter is 4 years old and has been since her teeth started coming in. The staff has always been good with my kids, setting up appointments for us, and just in general. The doctors have always been gentle, talked with my kids, and thoroughly explained everything to me. If I asked questions with no hesitation, they'd answer and make sure I had no doubts or questions."
"I advise all parents not to come to this clinic, unprofessional, unorganized and dirty. They definitely need to train better & get people who actually like their job."
"This office is unprofessional with rude staff members. I could go on forever on why you shouldn't use Aldine Dental. They closed on Mondays although site say open. The actual dentist you will get mad at you for questioning your child's dental plan. Threaten to terminate my child's service, with only half her work done. This place was my worse decision for my child dental care."
"I use to work here Doctors are really good Dr. Gideon and Dr. Pham are great with kids. That's why I still come but front staff never calls to remind me of my kids appointments and when they have, they call 2 mins before. If I dont call to see when kids are do they don't call. I've mention it to them and still no improvement. They don't handle things professional"
