"Just left the office this morning. The general staff are all wonderful. I had an eye opening experience. Dr. Bollman was scraping my teeth during an exam that bothered my ears. I was told that this experienced office could not clean my teeth nor insert a crown due to me having sensitive teeth. I don’t have sensitive teeth. I have sensitive ears. I wasn’t offered earplugs. I understand that they have to possibly refer me to another specialist for another unrelated issue. At first I thought I was being racially profiled however I know its God’s protection from something worst."
