"Horrible. The woman in the front couldn’t stop smiling and was trying not to laugh, at my 8 year old son and me. I went in today as a new patient for my son, and he had the fluoride in his mouth for about 15 minutes and really wanted to wash his mouth out with water. I went up to the desk and first of all, nobody asked “how can I help you”, INSTEAD THEY SAT THERE QUIETLY AND DIDNT SAY ANYTHING TO ME. The woman sitting next to the man making my treatment plan looked me in the eyes several times. I stood there waiting and they all saw me. Nobody said anything. About 15 seconds later the billing guy finally said “yes” and I said “can I get some water for my son”, he said “he shouldn’t drink because it can upset his stomach”. I then told him I needed the water just for him to wash his mouth out because the taste was making him sick. The woman next to him was trying not to laugh the whole time at the question and he asked her to grab the water. She then made it a huge deal asking several employees where to get water. I then told her “if you can just get me a little cup we can use sink water” After that I told them I would go to another location or office and not back to this office. The woman was looking up and down smirking. Why treat people like trash. Go get some basic human decency and if you aren’t going to treat people good working at the desk in a dental office is the wrong job for you. I hope someone way above your position sees this. The dentist looked nice but most of the staff here is so lousy. Trash and smashed crackers all over the floor of the lobby. Rude staff on phones. I should have taken photos."
