"This is my first VW and EV (‘23 ProS) and have to say I love both! First, I recommend going into an EV. It’s so much more convenient than an ICE counterpart. Second, go to Momentum VW for service! I had the pleasure of working with Alyssa as my service advisor. I have to say, her level of service and professionalism is outstanding. She communicated perfectly and when there were a couple of small things that I brought up, she was on it s a true customer advocate. Even her co-workers were very helpful and professional when she was helping other customers. I’ve owned several cars from various dealerships in my time and have to say, I haven’t had an experience as wonderful as I have at Momentum VW. I recommend this dealership to anyone I know just for the terrific service alone."
