"Salesman Easton Alwazzan at Texas Auto North was very easy to work with. He helped me get everything prepared over the phone before I came to the dealership. Then when I flew from Dallas to Houston he picked me up at the airport and I did my test drive back to the dealership. Once there everything was ready for me to get in, sign the papers, and then start my drive back to Dallas. The vehicle was as advertised and priced fair."

"Art of the steal.... Im out of state but I found a Lincoln Navigator on their website. My salesman "Nima" checked it out and said the it was beautiful inside and out. No damage, no smell, drives great, no issues. This guy has "no shame". I paid $1000 to have it shipped and it shows up with ripped seats $622, Broken cupholders and center console $120, The vehicle had been in a previous bad accident that someone tried to cover up by replacing the driver door with an aftermarket Chinese door. (see tag in pic) Horrible bondo job on the L/R door. The worst part was when you open the door, the smell is like rotten taco bell. It also had a broken running board, (stuck down and bent) . $2000. Nima tried to blame the shipper but the shipper had pictures of it broken at texas auto. Then the manager Moe apologizes and says he will fix the damage. Wants me to buy the parts and he will re-imburse me. I send him receipts for the parts i bought then he dodges my calls. Weeks go buy. Now i cant return the SUV because we are now past the "return window". Moe now says, "I didn't want you to buy the parts , I meant our parts department will send you the parts. Talk to parts manager David Lentini". He has me send him pictures of broken parts, then blows me off for weeks. GM mike says "send me pics and i will take care of you". Weeks later no call back. Just keep stringing you along. Its been 7 months and nothing has been done. "Art of the steal" I've spent thousands on a vehicle that I cant use. I've had it detailed over 8 times. $150 each. Running Board $2000. $622 seat. $2000 body work and the vehicle still is not useable because of the smell. They also sold me the extended warranty for $2999 which did not cover any of this. "MOST DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I purchased a 2019 Silverado back in Dec 2022. I bought remotely (NEVER DO THAT HERE). They shipped the truck to me as promised but it came with many issues. Since having it I have had it in the shop 3 times for transmission work, busted engine mounts, bad brakes, etc. Not only that, but let me tell you how it arrived, even AFTER the PLATINUM PROMISE the offer. All 4 tires worn and needing replaced(my cost), filthy on he inside, busted transmission(has been repaired twice since I have had it), all 4 brakes worn out and had to be replaced, busted and broken arm rest on the door, and NO wheel lock lugs for my wheels...all 4 tires DID NOT have a lug nut(talk about a safety issue)!!! They would not send me new ones but rather had me go buy them myself and get reimbursed. I have been trying for over 7 months to get my door panel fixed and today was the final straw when they finally sent me a replacement, after months of back and forth with Mike the GM, and it came in a busted open box, used, scratched and with broken brackets. The only small saving grace in this process was the extended warranty I bought because that has saved me on the repairs even though Mike wanted me to split the cost of the brakes, which I reluctantly did. AND the warranty sucks because it has to go through such a long approval process that in the 9 months I have owned the truck it has been in the shop for 2 of those months. I would strongly caution you from purchasing here!! Find a reputable dealer!!! I have all the text and email conversations from Mike and his associates with all the false promises. This has been a sad situation because overall I really love the truck but it has become a time and money pit. This was for my new business and all that has gone wrong has prevented me from working jobs at time costing me even more money."
