"Absolutely do not recommend!! I needed my window replaced. The technician came to my house, removed my window, then realized they ordered the WRONG SIDE. He told me he was going to go pick up the correct window & come back, but never did. They called and said they would get the window & come to my house first thing in the morning the next day. I waited & waited the next day & heard nothing. I called them to get an update & he said it would now be 12-1pm. I have a job that I had to get to, so I drove to work & then got a recorded phone conversation sent to me between the vendor & A+. The vendor said they broke the glass and didn’t have any more windows & they were on back order. So I was basically SOL & now had NO window. They literally took the window off & left me high & dry. A+ was not even apologetic or sympathetic about the situation & did not handle this the way a small business should. They were completely unreliable, ghosted me multiple times while trying to get an update, and the customer service was a 0!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!"
