"Great service for a state inspection. The car wouldn't connect at first and the gas cap machine was having trouble, but they took some effort to get the connection right and the car passed with no problem. My car only has 21k miles so it was fine but a lot of shops would have tried to sell me something I didn't need or fail me outright. I'll be back for inspections on all my cars now, they're thorough and have great customer service."
"What a great experience being my first time coming to Valvoline to get my oil changed. Was the first in just after 8 this morning and was greeted by Issac, my service representative. Issac was kind and courteous and kept the conversation flowing while having me go through some courtesy maintenance checks on my car. The oil change went smoothly, and I had Issac put in my new air filter, along with resetting my maintenance light. Outstanding job, excellent service and I will be back!!"
