"Cubbage Collision worked on my Lexus. The service was fast and everything done correctly the first time. The price was lower than other quotes I received elsewhere. I will recommend Cubbage to my family and friends. It was a great experience!"
"Damon and his staff are super accommodating and very friendly. A few weeks ago I had a very minor scratch on my car that needed some buffing and possible paint. Two other body shops quoted me $500-800. Damon told me to bring it to the shop and he’ll be able to buff 90% of it out free of charge. Car looked like new afterwards and they even washed my car. I tried tipping the staff for taking care of me and they wouldn’t accept. I would 100% bring my car here again."
"Abel was our service rep and he did a great job of communicating with us throughout the process of repairing our car. We had to take the car back due to a sensor not working on our front bumper but they took care of it & my car looks better than ever! Highly recommend these guys."
"I brought my car here after someone hit it in the parking lot and had the bumper on the ground. The other persons' insurance was covering everything. I dropped my car off on Friday, September 22nd. They checked the car and sent over the supplements on Monday, September 25th. The insurance approved the extra damages, and Cubbage gave me a pickup date for Friday, October 6th. The insurance had a weird policy where they wouldn't cover the rental until the repairs started, not while the parts were being ordered. Luckily, I have another vehicle, so it wasn't so inconvenient. Cubbage started the repairs on Wednesday, September 27th. I picked up the rental on the 28th.Supposedly, everything was squared away until Cubbage completed my car. Cubbage sent messages, which seemed automated, stating my car was on track to be completed by Oct. 6th. October 6th comes, and I hear nothing from Cubbage. They closed at 6, so I called at 5. I asked if my car was going to be ready today. The lady told me it should be ready Monday if I don't hear anything by today. Shortly after, I get a text update on my phone stating it will be ready on Tuesday, October 10th. It sucked that they didn't communicate earlier because I needed to contact the insurance adjuster to extend the rental. The adjuster was out of the office for the weekend. Enterprise said I may have to pay for the remaining days since the date the insurance had me returning the rental was October 6th. I couldn't contact the adjuster. I returned the car before I got my car back because the adjuster never answered the phone. Tuesday, October 10th, came around. I didn't hear anything from Cubbage once again. I called around 12, and a lady told me a manager would call me back after they come back from lunch. Never received a call, so I called them back around 4. They said they were waiting for a part to come in. It was supposed to come that day but it'll probably come the next. I didn't bother calling the next day. Friday, October 13th, came, and the car is finished. They were now waiting on the insurance to approve the second supplements to release the car. Per last week, the adjuster is gone for the weekend, so now I have to wait until Monday. Monday, Octobee 16th, I sent an email, and the insurance finally replied, approving the supplements. Cubbage did a fantastic job fixing my car and paint matching. Their lack of communication is why I wouldn't return. Cubbage not communicating along with the adjuster ruined my experience. I understand you can run into problems while doing body work. My issue is that I was not informed throughout the process and constantly had to call to see what was going on. They offered a $25 gift card if I gave them all 10s on the review. All 10s on the work but all 1s on communication."
"Cubbage helped repair my windshield, repair and paint my fender on my Honda S2000. The paint work was very good. But, there were a lot of other issues that really are frustrating and disappointing. The good: The paint work really does look great. They matched the paint well. I can’t distinguish the painted fender from my other body panels. The bad: I have tux-mat floor liners that fit snuggly inside the floorboard and are held in place by unique clips. When i got the car back, the floor liner was stained white (primer?), and most of the clips were broken or missing. Now I have to order more clips and the floor Liner does not fit right. They installed the emblems S and 2000 backwards on my car. I had to bring it back (which they did fix in 30 minutes, after i drove back to their shop from the other side of town). The ugly: They over-sprayed blue paint on the underside of my vehicle by the fender they painted. They also over-sprayed blue paint on my wheel (on the rim). I cannot remove the blue paint - I am afraid to use anything too harsh, for fear it would remove the paint on the wheel also."
