"First time going to this place and I loved it. The front desk to the doctor (forgot his name,sorry)was very informative. Answered my question and helped me out with my teeth. I will be coming back here again. And the thing that threw me off was the tv mounted to the ceiling. That was crazy"
"I had an appointment scheduled with them on the 15th of January which I had to reschedule because the dentist was not going to be there (or something like that). So they rescheduled me to the 19th of January at 3:00 p.m. In order to make that appointment I had to miss an hour from work. I showed up approximately ten minutes early. I waited an hour and 30 minutes and I still was not seen by the dentist. Nothing was done in an hour and thirty minutes. I should not have to wait that long. I wonder how much longer I would have been there before I was going to be seen and how long everything would have taken once the appointment actually started and when I was telling some of the staff that I had been waiting for an hour and thirty minutes, it just seemed like they did not care. I don't like my time being wasted."
"Nice office space with nice and polite front desk staff. All the staff were professional. Asides having to wait about 25 minutes before the Dr. Bowen came to see me, it was a great first visit."
