"Came to this dealer to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Well I arrived around 9:30am for my appointment and ended up leaving at 11:30am. I was looking at my vehicle through the window the entire time and nobody was working on it even after it was lifted. Once it was done I took the car and realize they forgot to give me my lock and removed a piece from my glovebox that was left there and wasn’t put back. I contacted the dealer and spoke to the service manager which made everything ok and he was super nice and helpful so moved my rating to 4 instead of 5 due to the service mechanic forgetting to put stuff back before releasing vehicle."

"Bought a used vehicle there. They were nice but was not clear on the extra charges stating those fees were to get the vehicles sell ready, but would not go into detail. Found out later they didn’t even fix the blinker issue we mentioned. I am happy with the vehicle after we fixed it ourselves, but not fully satisfied with the dealership as hole. One of the guys even said how he loves his job and that it’s a rush on how much money he gets from a sale. Would probably not go back here even if they have the car I really want."

"I was pleasantly surprised by Mac Haik Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram. My wife and I stopped in this Saturday to look at a Ram 1500 Limited 2WD. I have been looking at trucks for the past month and I have had some pretty bad experiences at other dealerships in the area. I found a Ram I liked on the Mac Haik website, so I took a drive down and gave them a shot. I'll be honest I had pretty much given up on car dealerships as it seems all they want to do is screw over their customers with thousands of dollars in extra fees and add-ons. This was not the case at Mac Haik CDJR. While we were walking around the lot we were greeted by Shavonne and Kevin (Kevin was working with Shavonne, his first day coming from a Ford dealership). Shavonne and Kevin were great, and worked as a super team to help us while we were there. We went inside to give some info to Shavonne while Kevin pulled up two trucks to test drive a 2wd and a 4wd Ram 1500. The test drive was great, no pressure and I was able to drive on the hwy to get a good feel for the truck. The trucks drove great, and I liked the 2wd model best. Now it was time to see if we could make a deal. This is where I figured it would be like all the other dealerships, but it turned out to be far from the case. The negotiations went great, Shavonne worked very hard to earn my business, always calm and professional. I love negotiations and getting a great deal, and with Shavonne's help I was able to accomplish that goal. I drove out with my new Ram 1500 Limited, and I love it. I also have to give a compliment to Royce in finance. He was also great to work with and didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want. Royce made the finance process a breeze. If you’re looking for a great deal and good sales experience, be sure to stop in the Mac Haik CDJR North and ask for Shavonne. She will make the deal happen and you will leave happy."

"This was my first visit for service at Mac Haik Dodge and it was the smoothest visit I've experienced at a dealership. Thomas is my service advisor, and when taking the car in, he did an excellent job of understanding my vehicle concerns. During the time my vehicle was in the shop, Thomas kept me updated on the status of everything. After the repairs were approved and performed, I was shocked at the level of care and workmanship that was performed on my Challenger and the turnaround time was much quicker than I anticipated.
