"I used Caliber Collision to get the front end of my car repaired as they were recommended by my insurance company. My car was still drivable though damaged, so I asked them to provide an estimate of how long it would take to complete the repairs before beginning work as I couldn't be without my car for very long with work. They said repairs should only take 3-4 days, but that they would let me know before they started work as some parts may take longer to come in since my car is new. They began work two days later without checking in first, and provided an ETA of one week after I dropped off the vehicle. The first delay was due to a mistake in the paint job on the replaced front bumper which was their own fault. This also required a delay in a third party vendor coming out to check the sensors on the front end of the car. They proceeded to delay delivery on the work an additional seven times so that I ended up being without a vehicle for two and a half weeks while they refused to provide a rental. I had to call to request updates regularly as they failed to contact me with updates through the frequent delays, or would promise to call and then never follow through. I finally got the GM to agree to a rental 16 days after dropping off my vehicle, though they were suddenly able to rush getting the sensors checked and I was able to pick up my car the next morning with them calling that it was ready less than 15 minutes after I could pickup my rental car. My car was returned with a lifetime guarantee that if I found any issues with the vehicle they would correct them for free. After picking up my vehicle, I noticed Android Auto was no longer working. After several attempts to fix the issue on my own my deleting all Bluetooth connections and checking the settings, I determined this must be related to the reset needed on the cars computer system for the front end sensors. I called the shop to see if they could correct the issue as my car's Bluetooth could connect but only the Android Auto/Apple Car play features weren't working. They denied any fault and refused to correct their mistake unless my insurance would reimburse them for the work. At this point I told them not to bother, but I would strongly discourage anyone from going here for repairs. Both the customer service and quality of work were terrible."
"Terrible experience with Derrick (manager) and Frank, complete lack of communication, several phone calls and texts were ignored. My pick up date got postponed 5 times and the last time there was no estimation for pick up, clueless workers, always answering with "I don't know". They took my vehicle to a different repair shop without informing me, my car was in the shop for 2 months. I had to request to speak with a regional manager in order to get accomodations for a rental (the one thing they did right by me only because I pushed for it since Derrick, the store manager, denied it at first). They didn't even fix my car, what was supposedly a starter replacement ended up with "you need an engine replacement". They were supposed to tow my vehicle to a different shop and I had to wait 5 days for it to be done when Derrick said it would be 2 days at the most. These people don't know what they're doing, seem very inexperienced and clearly do not care about proper client communication. I will not be doing business with this shop again. What a joke."
