"Went to get a viper alarm installed a few months ago, drove home and sat the truck for a week. During that week I had a party and kids sat and jumped in the bed which Is the only possible explanation for what happened. When I went to turn it on I used the remote start it started before shutting off immediately, I went to start it again and truck was a brick. The second I uninstalled the viper (which was poorly Installed with butt connects which one came loose and shorted) the truck started but it flashed the pcm and reset the pcm getting rid of my tune. Had to pay to get it installed at another shop and to get a retune. I never found their number until right now that I’m looking to get another alarm installed on another vehicle, will definitely not go and wouldn’t recommend the hassle."

"They fixed one thing & messed up multiple other things. Worst experience ever! Do not do business with this place, they are never there, they used my vehicle who knows how long. My sun roof was open, all my belongings were thrown to the very back. My 2 front seats were leaned back like they had been cursing in my truck. They even left in on E after using it probably the whole 3 weeks they had it. They broke the rim of my steering wheel & when confronted he said that it was not his problem & that he did not do it. He raised his voice & is very unprofessional. But if it wasn’t it was his young hoodlem workers because my steering wheel was not broken before leaving it with them at their shop. Worst experience ever!!! Save yourself the trouble."
