"The owner of this company is so rude, I parked temporarily to grab a order and this idiot yelled and screamed at mewith my wife in the car saying “ I own this place you need to move” I don’t know this guy and I clearly didn’t know. If I couldn’t park in the lot you could have told me instead of being a complete jerk, and Ive actually shopped at this place recently and they overcharge!!!!!!! Do not go to this place. They do not care about their customers, they will smile in your face but they are rude. Guys spend your money elsewhere,. If I could give this 0 stars I would!"

"Far and away, My Mechanic on Holcombe is the best auto mechanic my family and I have ever come across. Total costs are always within their estimates, they meet their own deadlines, and they all are nice, patient, and take the time it takes to explain things to their customer. The pictures on their estimates of worn parts or things needing replacement are most helpful and further engender the trust their customers place in them. They are super-competent and always fix the problems!"

"All employees have contagious, positive energy. Michael was super helpful. Opposite experience of getting scammed. Took care of the car like it was his own. Exceeded expectations of care. Took care of multiple problems I wasn’t aware of free of charge. Phenomenal place to take your car for repairs."

"If I had a choice, I'd get it done elsewhere. Don't get me wrong. They got the job done fast. They just didn't have a good pricing for batteries. My car died so I was in a hurry to find a nearest shop to check the electrical system and eventually replace the battery. I later found out I could have gotten the same battery installed at Costco for $100 cheaper. I also used their coupon for break fluid flush. They completed it quickly. However, my dealership was offering the same service for the same price, so no saving there either. Anyways, I assume they did a good job. They did it fast. They didn't do anything wrong. I just figured I could save $$$ by comparing and shopping around."
