Take 5 Oil Change

"Went for a State Inspection and I was happy that they did not push extra items onto me. I said I wasn’t sure if I needed an oil change and they checked the records and said I was good for another 1000 miles. Last time I was there my battery went dead while I was in the bay. They jumped it with their own car and even had to take my battery out of the car to get the cables to reach. These are my guys ( and a gal)!"

"The guys were nice but the wait was a bit long. I came from the location on Sheppard due to their card machines being down. Once I was in a stall, time went quick but it took a while for someone to come talk to me."

"The service was great once they got to me, there are three bays but I still had to wait 40 minutes. All three bays were being used for inspections. Which takes away from the convenience of the 5 minute oil change which is all I required. One stall should be designated for just oil, that just make better sense and customer service. Or alternate the one stall for oil and inspections. Either way it would still take more than 5 minutes so your slogan should be adjusted. Regards, Bernardine Phillips."

"Friendly staff, but very slow. I waited for more than an hour for my oil change. It cost me over $100 for my 2014 Mercury MKX oil change, which seems a little pricey. Although I did choose a synthetic oil so maybe that is one of the costs so much."
