Dr. Heather Brown Orthodontics

"This office is a waste of time if you’re doing Invisalign. First off, you don’t see heather brown 99.9% of the time. You need an appointment just to pick up your trays which takes 5 minutes. She doesn’t do any extra X-rays or anything. They just say, “fits?” Great bye here’s your 4 month supply of trays… would be such a big deal, if she wasn’t ALWAYS booked because she does braces and all other ortho services. Pick ups should have a different appointment window. Not to mention, shop lunches? Should always be 2-3 manned office at all times to keep your business running professionally and properly. They are already closed on Fridays and weekends. It’s ridiculous. Then they don’t make your appointment when you get the trays because “it’s too far out” OH WELL! You know by the time my last tray needs to be finished (in which i change weekly) I’m going to need that appointment. Which makes me wear a tray for 3 weeks instead of 1. She also adds extra time. Which i believe is apart of the gimmick. At the appointment i see her dental assistants NOT HER. Im tired of this office and will not recommend for any adult who needs true planning ahead! She gives money off for great reviews. However, its been terrible in my humble opinion. Oh and the money off for great review is for the brace face ppl at that.. they don’t send appointment reminders because they’re just that lazy. Saying that it’s a courtesy and not required. Most DOCTOR offices send reminders… is she above that?? So if they did set your appointment for 5 months out? GOOD LUCK!! Better write it down and get it tattooed on you. Adults? Find somewhere else"

"Dr.Brown, as well as her staff are ALL incredible people. I wouldn't dare bring my family to anyone else! I have two teens being treated by Dr.Brown and she is such a joy to be around. Her passion for her profession radiates through her communication and dedication to making her patients feel like family. The inside of the office is so inviting and my children feel comfortable in her care and so do I. Shout out to Amy, who is always readily available to answer any questions. I can always hear her smile through the phone when I call to make appointments. Dr.Brown is beautiful inside and out!"
