"I don’t normally write reviews (let alone for auto repair shops), but the service here was remarkable and worthy of praise. For context of my experience, I am a student and like most other students, I’m broke… as such, I unfortunately view car repairs and maintenance as major investments dictated by necessity rather than routine maintenance. Additionally, I’ve had consistently poor experiences with other automotive shops who have overcharged me, or denied me quality of life services. I’ve experienced the exact opposite at Clutch Automotive. After delaying several needed repairs with my prior automotive shop, I called in to their office to see their availability and working hours. After I explained my situation and some of my vehicle’s symptoms, they immediately booked me and fit me into their mechanic’s schedule. I explained that I was commuting back to campus and the repairs had to be completed the same day within about a 5 hour timeframe. There were about 8 cars ahead of mine but they completed all the tests, installations, and repairs on time. Austin, (their general manager) was extremely helpful and respectfully guided my repair decisions within my budget. On top of that, while my vehicle was under maintenance, he drove me to and from a nearby cafe so I could work and eat. Overall, Clutch Automotive offers an incredible range of services tailored to each customer’s needs and financial abilities staffed by employees that actually care about you. Truly an incredible place."
