"It’s hard to find shops like this these days . I have all my alignment work done here."
"The old addage couldn't give them less then one, but would. Don't do business with them Willing to change my mind, but as of now not impressed"
"I would go ANY WHERE but this unethical dump. This location has two dogs with the coats of a bear as their “security”. The level of unethical practice that this is is absolutely beyond. This is torture for these two animals and I am shocked they have not passed from heat strokes in houston heat. They have a chow chow and a Bernese mountain dog outside in 90 degree weather. How is this legal? If the owner of this garbage facility has no regard for a creatures well being then I would not trust them with the responsibility of my bicycle let alone my vehicle. Absolutely disgusting."
"First of all, I have not used Kelley Tires for business, this just a review of their dog situation for anyone walking or riding a bike on the public sidewalk near their place. I was extremely uncomfortable riding my bike on the public sidewalk past this place. I was riding my bike on the public sidewalk next to this place around 6pm, and was quickly approached by two snarling, growling, highly aggressive dogs. Don't get me wrong, I love dogs. But these 2 dogs that would have absolutely shredded me alive had there not been a thick metal fence in between us. If there was even the slightest weakening of the fence, they would have totally gone after me. I know they are probably doing this for security reasons, but there's something not right if you are completely terrified to even walk the public sidewalk near this place."
"They didn’t tell me that they were not able to fully align my wheels after i hd paid full price for a service that I thought was fully completed. So when I drove away, and my car was still drifting to the right on the i10 freeway, it was scary to go back into the shop and have them finally explain that “maybe I have a bent axle and that was the best they could do”. I only wish that they could’ve given me all of that information before I drove away from the shop after paying for the service. They’ve been in business for 30+ years, so I’m just hoping that, maybe it was just that they didn’t like me but I just hope other customers are able to receive better service"
