"Mr. Samuels is a nice gentleman. I felt confident with talking with him. My only concern is when you are talking on the phone and he mentions he will do something and forgets to add it to the quote he won’t do it. (Spark plugs) He stated he has a memory (brain trauma) issue. Communication goes a long way. After him having my car about 4/6 days come to find he ordered the wrong part is what he stated. He had my VIN and full license plate number. We waited another 4/5 days and got the car back. My car now has a rattle noise that Mr. Samuel’s stated is the engine. When I took the car to you it was NOT making that noise at all. I had a list of people to refer your way but I don’t want them using the hard money that I had to in hopes of getting my car fixed and is still making noises that were not issues prior to you “working” on my car. Letting me know to take my car to the manufacturer to see what’s wrong. Just loop holes honestly that I don’t have time for."
