"We've been coming here for years (I stopped when I had an abscess and the receptionist said it was fine I didn't need antibiotics I went to my doctor to get antibiotics the abscess went down I found another dentist provider to finish what I needed to get done) but I continued to bring my son. They never did anything other than clean his teeth no fillings or anything like the previous dental provider. This time they want to complete fillings every tooth has cavities (this is since 2019 since he's been coming here) so today was suppose to be the last day for the fillings since they didn't complete the job a couple of weeks ago (this is the fourth two here) so all of a sudden I need to pay money for something the insurance already approved. They couldn't called me to say this e drive almost 2 hours to come here and I had to take off today without pay to come since the Saturday's are booked until March. Customer Service has gone down hill I don't recommended I'm up in the air about coming here one of the techs picked paper off the floor (she had on gloves but never changed them) just went on to do whatever she was doing. By him being special needs it was hard trying to get him to brush good or allow you to assist long enough."
