"came in on Friday, February 23rd, to get alignment. They said I needed an inner tire rod. I agreed and paid Friday for the whole thing. Kevin was supposed to have set up an appointment for me on Sunday, February 25th, and ordered the part. I came on Sunday nobody knows what's going on. I have been here for 30 minutes and no service. take in mind I already paid. One of the guys said he texted Kevin and is now waiting for a response. this is very poor customer service and poor communication. I will never come here again. and I will be asking for my funds back so I can leave. Just horrible. wasted my time."
