"This entire experience teetered on the brink of receiving a rating of 1, but I've noticed that other customers have encountered more significant problems than I did. The team at National Auto greeted me warmly, but their performance fell short of industry standards when it came to business practices, transparency, and follow-through. I'm assigning a low rating due to significant oil leaks (including valve covers, drain plug, and timing covers), a last-minute change in the purchase price by Mike, and their failure to fulfill their promise to fix a tire sensor issue. These issues are relatively straightforward to address and have left me with a below-average customer experience that I would advise everyone to avoid. My experience raised several red flags that I hope you will consider avoiding if you decide to visit this location. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealer, I strongly recommend getting a used car inspection, as they are unwilling to repair even known minor issues. Also don’t finance with them, they absolutely can work with other lenders but credit acceptance gives them a kick back for volume they send over. To the National Auto Group, I believe your business has the potential to improve, but it seems unlikely that it will."

"I just purchased a truck from this place. The staff were nice, knowledgeable, and did everything to get the vehicle finance before I left. One thing I would recommend is to get pre-approved to save time. So, 5 months later, I still stand by my review. However, let me say this: If you purchase the warranty, please find your own trusted mechanic. On August 25th, the truck broke down. I paid to have it towed. The communication is horrible, and today, August 30th, after texting them since Monday, I finally got a text that said their mechanic has been sick, and they finally ordered the parts. I am out 500 for a rental. On September 7th I finally got my truck back."

"I wish I can give NO STAR! I had the worst experience with this dealer named Ali! The dealer is NOT Trust Worthy! My Expectation based on the advertisement of the car (2012 Volvo XC90) was relatively higher, even though, I accepted couple of imperfections, like scratches and missing plastic parts on the bumper. I also made and agreed with the dealer to pay a collateral down payment of $300.00 (non-refundable) to secure the car, thinking I would buy the car and drive back to Virginia. The dealer failed to inform me any other imperfections that the car have before I made a flight to Houston. During our conversation on the phone the dealer was agreed to fix the missing plastic part on bumper. When I mentioned why it hadn't fix, the dealer's answer was "I forgot and will fix it later". Hmm... after assuming I drove the car back to VA. Based on my investigation, I found additional five imperfections along with unstable engine sound problem. Even though the car has only 107K miles as advertised, I also found out the car is burning oil !! I lost about $700 dealing with such dealer including some expenses for air ticket purchase and hotels. My lost, his gain. DON'T BUY ANY CAR FROM SUCH UN-TRUSTED DEALER!"
