"My father had brought in his 2000 gmc and he was told that they were able to fix it. All the repairs would have been paid by the insurance because of a recent car accident he got into, however the team was very unprofessional. They kept his car for 2 weeks and let us assume that they actually could fix the damages, however, last week they told my father they could not fix it because they dont make the specific part anymore and when he asked when they would return his car, they were very vagued. They tried to buy it off from him but he was not looking to sale. However today he received the car and the team left white crayon marks on it, some part were missing and they messed with things in his car that they shouldn’t have. My father noticed because he’s a mechanic and has experience in what parts a car should have. Very very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I will be sure to pass along to family and friends that they should steer clear from this place!! Never coming back and thank god we’re finally done with this place!!"

"Customer service was nice but the work done on my car is terrible. I suppose I’ve been working too much to catch my car in the sunlight to notice just how badly it was buffed. When I went to pick it up my dad noticed the terrible buff job, and Daryl kept it to fix it then even had it dropped off to me. That was great and I thought it was fine because it didn’t look like it did when I saw it earlier that day. It’s now November and I’ve had time off as well as time to wash my car. Nothing fancy just a self service brush wash. I was walking to my car in a parking lot and the sun must’ve hit it at the worst angles because I have swirls on the entire side where the paint job was done. My car looks terrible, like an amateur worked on it. My dad was a car detailer when he was younger and told me that the paint could be burned through if it was buffed too much. It looks like my paint is wearing thin from the terrible job done on my car. The right side literally looks completely different from the left because of the bad paint job and buff swirls."
