"Left my Tahoe SUV for a complete exterior detailing. They did a nice job on the lower body of the Tahoe, but THEY RETURNED IT TO ME WITHOUT WASHING, WAXING & DETAILING THE ROOF OF THE VEHICLE! I suspect they did not expect me to get on the running board to inspect the roof, and thus thought they could get away without doing the roof. Upon calling this to their attention, they did agree to come to my house to finish the job. But while detailing the top in my garage, the representative flung wax/polish on my sports car!
