The boss, Marcella will definitely treat you right and won’t pressure you on anything you may not need. She will go the extra mile for you and get anything you need at your best convenience. Carlos is also a great mechanic who provides you with the best service possible! I had an appointment with her Monday and she got it done for me today instead so that I could enjoy my weekend stress free within the last hour of her closing time. "Very unprofessional and rude. They do not communicate efficiently and after making them acknowledge me they suggested that I find another location without giving me service. Marcella treated me like a criminal although I am not guilty of any crimes she was unprofessional and very disrespectful when I tried to get answers for why no one was answering any of my questions literally not responding I will be reporting them to the BBB as well as inquiring about a civil suit against the company for negligence if my car fails to start due to them ignoring me and then denying me services"
