"From start to finish, my experience has been surreal. To start with the facts…. My vehicle was taken to ambassador in the beginning of March and I just picked my truck up 3 1/2 months later. When I arrived to pick up my truck, it had the following issues: - [ ] Wires hanging from the back rear bumper - [ ] Stuck in park - [ ] Tailgate brake light-broken and torn out from the wiring harness - [ ] Dent driver side fender - [ ] An assortment of bolts and screws laying in the bed of the truck without label or known purposes - [ ] Driver side door will not close properly-does not fully shut when pushed - [ ] Check engine light is on - [ ] ABS light is on - [ ] Airbag light is on - [ ] Low coolant light is on - [ ] Missing Lugnuts and 2 broken studs for spikes-driver side rim - [ ] Missing driver side bumper molding - [ ] 1 missing bolt from Vicowl windshield protector - [ ] Wires under hood hanging next to battery, unattached - [ ] Winch not connected, not working - [ ] Turn signals not working - [ ] Marker lights on side of bed not working - [ ] Missing rearview mirror - [ ] Dent above rear passenger door near roof - [ ] Missing molding on left roof - [ ] Passenger side, rear wheel molding, broken Upon further inspection, I found the following additional issues: - [ ] Truck bed missing bolts to attach it to the frame - [ ] Several wire connections not made underneath of bed - [ ] 2 flat tires (inner back tires) - [ ] Fuel inlet, not attached to bed and dangling down in front of the back left wheels - [ ] Random wires ripped and tied off under the bed and along frame - [ ] Vicowl not attached to fender – bolt placed in a hole/not secured with nut - [ ] Alignment not made-vehicle pulls to the right. Steering wheel not aligned - [ ] Lugnuts loose on driver side I was issued a bill that had charges for repairs not made on my truck. For example, I was charged for back glass removal, but my truck does not have a back glass. Similarly they charged me for parts that cost a third of the listed price on the ticket. No one could provide me a sufficient reason for the false charges on my bill however, no one was willing to remove those charges. There is no way I can write this off as negligence or sloppy work… This appears nothing short of deliberate and unethical. I’ve read the reviews on this company, and there is no way they can be true. I sat in that office for 3 hours, waiting on my truck to be ready, and listened to the staff deal with the customer calls. They did not sound like they were talking to happy customers, but that’s just me. I’m not interested in putting any negative spin on my experience, nor bashing any person or company. But, after standing in the lobby, looking at a plaque from carwise for excellent service, I felt like it was my duty to at least share my experience. Update 10/5/23 I met with management on 7/27 who promised to reimburse the aftermarket parts and fix suspension within 2 weeks. No suspension alignment or repairs were done. Aftermarket parts were received 2 months later."
