"NO COMPASSION!!! Do not go here. I went here with a dental emergency because my regular dentist is closed on Saturdays. My crown fell off. They would not see me because "I was not a patient." My insurance allows me to see anyone I want in case of an emergency. But the front desk lady said, "She will see you if you switch over and let her by your provider." Can you say two-faced, self-serving, and greedy?"
"Unorganized and inconsiderate of your time. After I made my 1st appt they called me 2 days later to say they needed to reschedule, no problem I moved it from 1pm to 11:45 am same day. The day before my appointment I received a text message asking to confirm my appt for 1pm. I then try to call them to make sure since they moved my appt verbally 2 days prior. I call and sit on hold for 10 min hang up and call back and wait another 10 min. Reluctant to get anyone on the phone i confirm my appt via text for 1pm. I show up and the front desk tells me my appt was at 11:45 and I could wait until 2 to be seen. I waited until 2:30 when they called my name to start my paperwork. I asked the front desk how much longer until I would actually be seen and she replied “oh it will take some time since I’m a new patient. I can’t comment on the dentist cause we didn’t make it that far."
"The dentist was very educational and kind BUT the customer service after hours is no help because the front desk has to make the follow up appointments. Cherry on top the front desk never picks up the phone, but they sure do call you to reschedule you because they want to go home early. Last appointment I’m making here. Very much ghetto."
"It was fair. Staff was kind and courteous, knowledgeable about what was to be done .The doctor was on point about everything. Excellent in her knowledge as well. Timing was a little slow, but it worked out well."
"First time I went in May 2023 it was Okay because the staff were nice but this time I went in on Nov 2023 it was awful. I literally wasted my time after I advised about my new insurance 2 weeks before my apt and when I get there it wasn’t even verified and it was the weekend so my providers office was closed . They turned me away and did not care about my time or said even sorry about the situation. IM NEVER COMING AGAIN."
