"I had a bad experience the first time I was there and was extremely disappointed. After I wrote a review they reached out and explained that the lady was just filling in for the usual lady that did the nails because she was on maternity leave, and that they would make it right allowing me to go get the mani and pedi again. The girl who did it this time around “Abby” did a great job especially removing cuticles, she’s super nice and friendly."

"Great place to get massages, but don't get your nails done here. I got my nails done last week and I wasn't happy with the way they were shaped, but that wasn't the worst part. I got the spa Manicure and the lady did not soak my cuticles at all before working on them and she tore them UP. Almost every finger had scabs on the cuticle where she cut my skin because it was dry. It was so painful and I was embarrassed for people to see my scabby fingers for several days. So overall a great place but I do not recommend getting your nails done there. The attached pictures are from one week after the Manicure and you can still see some of the scabs, and my cuticles look horrible."
