"VERY UPSET WITH THE APPRENTICE OF THIS COMPANY, i recently had to reschedule and push pack a few appointments due to my crazy work schedule around the holidays so then she stated that my service wasn’t rescheduled by her because I'm not a priority to her because of rescheduled inconvenience she was very aggressive when she realized who i was for some reason raising her voice at me like i meant nothing to her so when i noticed the aggression i then asked to speak to someone else she said “welp, you are talking to the office manager. Ad Dr Holland wont be able to speak with you so… “ so the whole tole i’m talking to her shes like “mmmmmhmmm , mmmhmm, yup, mmmhm” so i told her i was just gonna come up there shes like okay well i wont schedule you an appointment over the phone you can just schedule when you get here how about that ! So I'm like “no, I'm currently at work so id like to schedule over the phone like every other costumer” she raised her voice and said “OKAY, Monday at 12 if you don't show I'm charging you a 75$ fee” which i don't mind paying at all i just don't like the way im being handled with no respect or nothing as if i meant anything to MRS.SUZAN"
