"Went one time because I wanted to switch dentists and went based on reviews and insurance. The doctor was fine and the assistant was great. The employee they have doing their night guards/the technology and education as far as night guards go is below par now that I have gone to another dentist to help me with night guard issues. The assistant responsible for the molding/fitting night guard makes you feel like a hassle to them. The process felt rushed and uncomfortable. The tech made it seem like it would be uncomfortable for a little bit, but my whole bite felt off and my lips were peeled back. Why did I not say something? I felt uncomfortable with the tech. Her bedside manners made me feel uncomfortable to tell her how I felt. So anyways I spent over $300 for this night guard that I have worn once. Please be aware of getting into night guards. Some places are just better educated, better trained, and have better tech to provide the right night guard."

They take the time to explain what they are going to do before they do it, and make sure you are comfortable the whole time. I couldn't imagine a better dental experience.
