"I love Dr. Z she is informative and conservative she gave me some different treatment options and also has great bedside manner. Elaine is the assistant but she knows a lot, she has cared for me every step of the way. I will definitely return to this office. They may be small but they are very personable and know each patient by name. Thank you for all you guys have done for me."

"I made an appointment for my son to have a cavity filled 2 weeks ago, it was scheduled for today at 3pm.  Literally 2 hours before the appointment, I got a text-not a phone call- that the dentist had to cancel.  I wanted to reschedule for asap because I didn't want a simple filling to turn into a root canal if it got worse while waiting.  The only available date they had to reschedule was 3 weeks out, and that's after I already waited 2 weeks. Of course, I asked for something sooner, and it was between 2 weeks out, or a day that I absolutely can't take off of work.  You would think that when the extremely unprofessional establishment is at fault for canceling via text 2 hours before the appt that they'd be more flexible and eager to get you rescheduled. But the lady I was texting, Vanessa, couldn't seem to care less.  She was texting back super slow and not willing to help.  Take your business elsewhere. It's a small office with only 1 dentist. So if something comes up there aren't any backups and they will make you wait another month to reschedule even though they canceled. And they will have you wait about 45 min before you're seen even if you arrive early for a scheduled appointment.  Just a joke of an office."

"To be honest place is a little too small. Besides that the service is great and the doctors are really helpful. I attended my appointment that I made before I just walked in and it went by smooth!"

"My 10 month old son had a dentist appointment at 10 am on a Monday morning. I had to drive 21 miles to get to the appointment. When I arrived, no one..I mean no one was in office. Every light was off except for the lobby. I waited 15 minutes, then left a note on the door. I came back about 20 minutes later to find that the lobby light had been turned off. I had to wake my son 15 minutes into his nap, to get him out of the car seat for his appointment that didn't exist. Needless to say, it was a miserable next few hours as he fought to fall asleep again. Never again will I return to this office..completely unprofessional"
