"Last time I was In here was 5 months ago an dealt with Michael and was contacted by the owner. So today Roderick redeemed this location an a 1 star to 5 star review. So I was at the sugar brake check location for an alignment which they absolutely just made it worse an manager would not try to resolve or fix the issue just sent me on my way as he did a gentleman that had just tried to get his jeep alignment. So when I arrived at this location who do I see is getting an alignment the same guy with jeep from Sugarland. When asked what service I needed by Roderick I explained I need them to fix the alignment there Sugarland location just did along with the jeep guy. He was surprises that we both went to the same location that morning an ended up at this location which I showed him the pictures of my wheel an report. He even agreed that alignment was not done correctly. So all in all 3 hours later the jeep had been fixed an my truck was aligned with a straight wheel. Roderick has changed my faith with this location. I will still not deal with Michael there. But Roderick has earned my business an my customer referrals."
