Mr Detail

"The crew at Mr. Detail caused over $2K in damages to the interior of my vehicle by over saturating the vehicle’s electronic sensors with water. Immediately after they “cleaned” my car, the warning indicator lights began to flash (I noticed this as soon as the returned my vehicle in to them) and my vehicle’s interior seats were absolutely drenched (beyond your normal detail). I immediately brought the issue to the manager Edward Fernandez’s attention, however he was rude and dismissive of my concerns. At the time, I was 1) absolutely shocked and 2) unsure of the pervasiveness of the damage, so I took my vehicle to be inspected/diagnosed. I attempted to follow up with the Edward and the other manager, Kristen Hester, after seeking the diagnosis results. I even had a unbiased, certified mechanic (official of my vehicle’s make and model) to perform diagnosis and speak with them about the test results which indicated the water damages that they evidently caused while cleaning. Throughout the time period of attempting to reach Kristen and Edward they dodged my calls, lied, hung up in my face, said they would get back with me and didn’t. They didn’t want to deal with their expensive mistake. Thankfully, I received resolution from my legal team and other honest professionals. The truth always comes to light. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed with my experience and absolutely do not recommend this business."

"Poor, slow service at the Oil Change service. I have been coming here for over 25 years and don't ever see the same employees working so high turnover. Never complete the 32 point service unless you ask. Most sit around and don't do anything. Definitely time to find a new place to get my oil changed."

"I actually visited their Oil Changing place next door. And I have to say I will never ever go back!! $111 bucks for my F150, the cheapest synthetic oil change they had. The Mobil 1 would have been much higher, and not to mention Royal Purple would have been out of this world! They even charge me extra for the cheaper style oil filter."

"Avoid at all costs! This business used to be a wonderful place, but has truly taken a plunge. I remember tagging along with my parents to this location as a kid and enjoying the free popcorn. However, now as an adult, going here was one of the worst mistakes I have made of my adult life (and I like to live without regrets). Do not take your car here for any services whatsoever due to their lack of transparency. They do horrible job cleaning because they damage vehicles trying to cut corners— this was my experience. I repeat, do not take your car, they will damage your car as they did with mine. Don’t be fooled by the Christian Rock they play. It is absolutely blasphemous how this establishment attempts to give off airs of being anything close to Christianity or “Christ followers” when their actions are the the exact opposite of Christian values, let alone moral values in general (e.g., blatant lying, failing to take accountability for damages they clearly have caused, cutting corners while cleaning, etc.). The management is dishonest, and this translates to poor work ethic amongst the employees. Negative infinity stars^23 if I could."

"Wife did not listen to me when I told her to avoid Mr. Detail car wash and this is the result. Now I need to figure out how to remove the adhesive. What's the purpose of the tape on top of the car???"
