"If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! The service was terrible!!! I came in for a quick inspection, and Martin Stewart tried to fail my NEW vehicle for an inspection! He asked for $100 to pass my car as bribe. After I refused, he proceeded to fail my car, charge me for the inspection, and refused to give me a refund! I went to a place next door, and they passed my car! My experience was completely unprofessional and absurd; their license should be taken away!"
"!WARNING! Let me be honest here. Auto maintenance is a complete nightmare when you don't have a trusted mechanic. It's not just the cost, it's finding a reliable shop that won't rip you off or mess up your vehicle. Unfortunately, Kwik Kar Lube & Tune (KKL&T) has managed to fail at both of those things. I recently had some major work done on my car, including having all the fluids, oil, and filters replaced by my trusted mechanic. I then took it to KKL&T for an inspection and explicitly told them that the car shouldn't need anything. Despite that, they kept my car for over an hour and came up with a bogus issue with the brake reservoir clamp. It was probably just some brake fluid that got on the line, but they insisted on adding a new clamp anyway. But here's the real kicker - they didn't bother cleaning up any of the brake fluid afterwards! And to add insult to injury, they performed an oil change without even asking me. I had just gotten one an hour before from my mechanic and didn't even drive 15 miles since then. How dirty could it have possibly gotten? And to top it all off, they left a screwdriver on top of my engine block. If that had gone through my radiator or punctured a tire, that would have been expensive and potentially left my wife stranded on the side of 290. Honestly, why would I ever recommend this place to anyone? They've completely destroyed any trust I had in them."
