"I was at 6650 N. Eldridge Pky., Houston, TX 77041 location Dec 15, 2013 at 2pm to have a tire replaced. The service was fast and excellent, but unfortunately the installers had used an impact wrench gun to lower and raise my spare tire carrier. This had caused the cable to become disconnected from the internal assembly, rendering it inoperable. I offered to leave the truck there to have this fixed, but they had told me there was nothing they could do but to tape the assembly to the frame and that they were not accountable for the damage.?!?! The carrier worked fine before the impact gun was used and failed right after. The carrier itself will end up costing at least $150 for the part!! The spare tire i went in for was only $40!!! I've yet to have a response from this owner."
