"My experience at Brident Dental in October was disappointing. I came here for a routine cleaning, I’ve only had one cavity in my life. There was a lack of attention to detail, and the staff was rude and uninformative about the "cavities" they claimed. Upon consulting my trusted dentist in Nebraska, it became clear that Brident's treatment plan was exaggerated and motivated by profit. Their insistence on unnecessary wisdom teeth removal and multiple fillings for over $3000, when my Nebraska dentist confirmed only one cavity and questioned their diagnosis, highlights their untrustworthy practices. It's important to be cautious when seeking dental care and to seek second opinions when necessary. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT GO HERE."

"If I could give negative 5 stars I would…. I would not recommend anyone going here. They are not here to serve the customer (mostly coming in with some pain and need human care). There is no coordination between their online appointment system, phone call confirmation and subsequent visit to the location. They don’t communicate internally and when you reach the westheimer location, they simply refuse to serve you. Booking and cancelling of appointments (even after calling them on my own to reconfirm) has happened 2 times. And even when I did get in (the first time) there was nothing more than any other average dental clinic. They made me and my sons wait the first time (and changed time unilaterally) and didn’t even see me the 2nd time. Even after booking the appointment several days in advance. Their reception / customer desk lady is rude and unapologetic (even for their own internal confusion). She just ignores customers. Even refused to listen to anyone who is at the reception. Horrible people management. And they surely don’t have anyone responsible/ senior enough to listen to their customers. Will never go to Brident again and will never recommend anyone who wants to be taken care of in a dental care facility."

"The most worst reception I ever see. The woman is not friendly, doesn't willing to help and no any feedback. Doctor and assistant doctor not bad. Like usual procedure and work. Please pay attention of lady on ront desk."

"If I could rate this location a negative 1 I would! I've had the worst two experiences with this Dairy Ashford location. I was scheduled two different appointments and when I arrived they informed me that the doctor isn't in. How!? The receptionist scheduled my appointment, not me. The lady at the front claims she isn't a part of the team but also works there...how does that work? This location is unprofessional and inconsiderate of people's time. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE!"
