"I do not recommend this provider due to shady billing practices. A few months ago, my spouse was having extreme tooth pain and went to see our general dentist who referred him to Dr. Morrison at Moberi for an emergency root canal. Due to the situation at hand, and not having time to search for other providers, we went to Moberi for a consultation and the procedure was performed the following morning. We paid up front for the procedure and the front desk lady confirmed they were in-network with my dental insurance. Everything seemed fine until I received the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from my insurance company. I realized they had overcharged us for the procedure, by almost double, and notified them to request a refund. After months of following up and getting the runaround, they decided to give us a partial refund and are now refusing to speak to me about the remainder of the money they owe us. They are also now claiming that they are not in-network with my dental insurance, which is odd since I verified with both the front desk lady and my insurance company that they were in-network. I strongly encourage you to check your EOBs from your insurance if you use this provider, and good luck getting your money back!"

"Enjoyed the front deck secretary who greeted us even though she was occupied doing something else. Love the feeling I got when meeting the staff and Dr Morrison. He seemed so laid back. Made my visit less scary."
