"I had just dropped off my son at daycare, shortly before that I got a tire pressure warning light so I decided to stop by the service department at John Eagle Honda, even though I didn't buy my Type R from them and I'm so glad I did. Not only did they take my car in right away, and removed the nail from my right rear tire and patched it at no cost, but the were very courteous and respectful! I also had a great car talk with Dustin!! Thanks again!!"

"I had an appointment for routine service. When I arrived I was told it would be about a 2 hour wait. I asked with an appointment? They said yes, they were behind. It was actually 2 1/2 hours. If a service center is going to offer appointments, they should be able to better manage their time. A 2 1/2 hour wait for a 30-minute oil change is unacceptable."
