He was courteous and very professional while he explained the steps and made sure I had a complete understanding of what was to be done. "If you are thinking about going here to get your car painted, I'd say choose another location! They were so nice to me AT FIRST...the moment my car was not ready on time everything changed & was MY FAULT. I was told to bring the car on a Friday before they close so I could get it back within 3-5 business days due to having a very serious medical appointment the following Friday. I was always the one to reach out to check on my truck & then FINALLY Todd called me that Thursday afternoon advising it would not be ready. He claimed there were two people out & they didn't even start on my vehicle when they were supposed to...I ended up convincing them to discount my price around $40 so I can get a rental because I could not miss that appointmentu. Mind you I had been walking that entire time with my twin girls because they had to attend school but that was fine because I needed my truck serviced. That Friday evening it is like they rushed to finish up so they would not have to pay for another day & said my truck was ready. I go to pick it up...my door handle on the back passenger side was loose & scratches were clearly present where the original damage was!!!! Before leaving I called Marco out to look at the vehicle...he said and I quote "just buff it out" & "we didn't do that". I advised that I did not bring my truck there with a broken handle & I PAID them in FULL to paint my truck, why would I go pay additional funds for someone to 'buff my truck' so the scratches would be removed!? He even called another employee to take a look at my truck who TOLD HIM if I would have have given them possession of my truck like that he would have remembered!!! From there, nothing but trouble. He told me to come back Monday & it would be fixed My review is too lengthy to post rest & per Todd the owner doesn't exist so I'll do what I have to! **I AM WILLING TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER OR COMPETENT MANAGEMENT AT THIS POINT. I WON'T BE FURTHER DISRESPECTED** Update: I called & asked for the owner & was placed on hold for 20 minutes!! Then they hung up on me!!!!!"
