"Dentist there rush the patients,doing bad work in the process,where patients have to return multiple times to correct what was messed up or treat an infection of some sort. Dentist lady is rude and office personal are just kinda silent but tell u what's really going on once they're alone with patients. Plus I have a friend (SJ)who works there also and even she has found another dental office to work at."

"I’m only giving this place a 2 because of some of the staff. I chose this location because of my insurance but I will not be returning. I got to my appointment at 10 am. The wait was so long I ran an did an errand and 36 minutes later they said it was my turn. First off the esthetics here are so outdated. The room I was in was just eerie and had drawings on the wall. The tech who did my x rays was extremely nice and professional but my goodness they need to really work on timing. I really thought I was going to get at least a clean but nope the person who does that wasn’t there today. I don’t understand what kind of dentistry doesn’t have someone there to do at least a general clean. After being there for 2 hours unattended I finally just walked out because I could literally hear the staff chatting amongst themselves for several minutes. I took off work for me to be there for 30 minutes of X-rays and 1 hour plus on just sitting there!!? Never again. I’ve already decided to choose somewhere else to go. I’ve never ever just walked out of somewhere and the crazy thing is no one even noticed!! That’s how much they were talking! I will say the two girls at the front are fabulous and if I had a 1% chance of coming back it would be because of them."

"My first visit was thoroughly handled. The technician handled X-rays, dental camera shots and mouth guard moldings. Then my Dentist, Dr. Sheryl Stewart performed an in-depth evaluation and discussed the condition of my teeth with me. The entire staff was friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable. Terry, my dental hygienist professionally cleaned my teeth (above and beyond). Excellent care overall! A couple of week later, I returned to pick up my durable mouth guard (soft on the inside and hard on the outside) specifically created for my upper teeth to prevent grinding. Great fit! Perfect!"
