"Broke my front crown, called Dr. Brown’s office as a new patient. They fit me in within an hour. Dr. Brown and his assistant Ricky stayed late to get me fitted for a temporary. Four days later they had my crown ready. I was greeted by name as I arrived. The staff members are very nice and attentive. Really enjoyed my visit. I called my insurance to make Dr. Brown my dentist moving forward."

"I wish I could give them no star at all. I am a new patient. I have not had a chance to meet the dentist yet. I was trying to get in for a 2nd opinion. I have work, so I only have Monday off. I specifically asked for Monday apps. The first time the lady in the front named Cindy got me down for 3:30 pm on a Monday. That Monday morning she called and said my app was actually in the morning at 10:30 am and asked me if I could come early. Of course I was not happy about the app got changed that I was not aware of but I asked her to reschedule anyway. The rescheduled app was today Dec 4th at 3 pm. I wrote things down to make sure. They did not call me to confirm the app, so this morning I decided to call and now she said there was no app scheduled for me at all. They are not professional at all. Mistakes happen twice???? I am disappointed because my friend recommended me and said the dentist and his assistant are very nice. I have not had a chance to meet them yet. People please be aware when you book app here."

Very very thorough and personable starting from the ladies in the front to the dental staff to Dr Timothy! Thank you so much for making me feel at home!!"

"I've taken my mom who is 84 years old, to this dental clinic. Dr. Anh is a wonderful and amazing dentist, and the staff are wonderful, but I can't say the same for Dr. Tim Brown. He will treat you like a number. While seeing Dr. Brown, and after he had diagnosed my mom, he basically shooed us out because he didn't want to talk to us anymore or listen to anymore questions because he said he had to go to his next patients, and would not listen to our questions. He is RUDE! Today, I called and asked for a copy of my mom's x-rays and paid for it. Later, Dr. Tim Brown called and spoke to me and I told him that I received the X-Rays via email and paid for it, and he turned to his staff asking her confirming it. Listening to him, he was rude and condescending to his staff too. I feel bad for his staff. He's just rude in general. I will NEVER go back to that office again. My son was also going to that office and will never go back there again either. Good luck to those patients who decide to go there. I hope Dr. Tim Brown will change his attitude towards people and treat them with RESPECT!"
