"After several cold nights my battery went kaput and my car wouldn't start. I had planned to have it replaced at A+ Auto Care that same morning. Fortunately, I live near by and within 30 minutes Tom, the owner, came by and had it started. I followed him back to the shop and my new battery was installed within minutes. Tom warranted it - it was only a year old - and there was no charge. What great service! I've brought my last three cars here to A+. Thank you Tom for your attentive service."

"Don't trust the good reviews most of them are old anyways. I got scammed out of $1200 for a part that Eddie supposedly changed but it was the same part. He kept making up excuses on why he couldn't give me a receipt of the "new" part. Believe the other person that left a review that they reported this auto shop to the State consumer protection agency and FTC."

"I got my oil changed for my car last 3 months ago, they didn't do it right so when I got home oil leaking next couple days alot in my garage and everywhere. Also they forgot to put one of the part from the car that's why it leaking. Cost me a lot to fix all that mistakes. Please make sure do your job with passion and careful becuase I hopeful everyone won't get the same mistakes I got from this place. It's right behind my house however I was so disappointed about this simple job. I"

"Tom and his hired hands are the most dishonest and crooked individuals I have ever come across. They will lie straight to your face and damage your vehicle with their shotty work. I don’t know if they have done decent work in the past, but what I do know is their current quality of work is completely terrible and unprofessional. I warn you and highly recommend you go elsewhere. I don’t normally post negative reviews given that people make mistakes, and I know these reviews can impact sales. However given the severity of what they’ve done I can’t reserve the negative review in this circumstance. I have reported them to the State Consumer Protection Agency and FTC for their actions. Hoped it’ll be a wake up call for them. They desperately need it."

"Pete was very helpful and patience by showing and clearly explaining what the diagnosis is to the car problems. He made clear what he cannot tell visually until an issue is fixed and clean up before further review. He let us know the parts and materials to buy ourselves so we just pay for the labor.
