"I came here the first of this year and was treated so well by the manager… so I scheduled again only to find out she is no longer here… let’s just say I will NEVER BE BACK until this Dr is gone!! Please stay clear of this place… all she does is deep cleanings and beg for money… such a horrible unprofessional woman!! The dental board should definitely take her license!!!"

"This clinic was conveniently located for us and under our insurance policy. However, the facility and staff could perform their duties with a bit more professionalism, care and understanding for the patients. I felt like my mother's needs and feelings as a patient were invalidated and we were not treated respectfully. I would not recommend this location and I am grateful that they refused to move forward with our treatment plan."

"NEGATIVE STARS IF AVAILABLE- I rarely have to leave these types of reviews. Good luck getting a REFUND from this place if you overpay for services that your insurance covered. I have been trying to get a refund back from this place since December.2023. I have left messages, emailed and called the billing department and keep being told I need to speak to the office manager who is always unavailable, busy or gone for the day. Ironically, this is billing, but the billing department can not assist me I recently found it they have similar complaints from the BBB and have an 0.98 out of 5 stars rating. "My visit to this dental office was amazing. ALL staff was attentive, cordial and efficient. My dentist was even better. She was attentive, soft-spoken and put me at ease. This was so different from what I have experienced in the past at other dental offices. They get 2 thumbs up from me. Great experience. I highly recommend them."
