"I hate giving a 1 star but since I lost $246 I feel like I need to. I got 3-4 fillings on Dec. 13 on my right side. Less than a week before I went to Dr. Nguyen, I was in California where I usually get my teeth done. My dentist told me I needed to get it done before it gets worse and might lead to a root canal. So I looked online and found Dr. Nguyen. He had a lot of great reviews and I thought I would be in good hands. When I got there the staff was welcoming. Got my X-ray done (it was the most painful out of every X-ray I had, but I know it had to be done). When I was in the operation room it seemed like Dr. Nguyen was in a rush. I understand that he has another patient who just came in so I just brushed it off. The hygienist seemed inexperienced as to the doctor had to always correct her. Towards the end he basically just dropped everything and went to the other patient without saying anything. I got up and paid. They didn’t tell me how to take care off it, but I guess that’s what google is for. And just went on my way. I made an appointment two weeks after to get my other side done but my filling was still sensitive and I was afraid I’m not going to be able to eat on both sides so I pushed it back another 2 weeks. A day before my app I called and left a voicemail that my teeth is hurting I don’t know if it normal so I wanted to cancel it and reschedule when my teeth isn’t sensitive anymore. I didn’t get a call back. I tried calling again another day and didn’t get an answer. So here I am trying to find another doctor with my teeth hurting and uneven without $246 in my pocket."
