"Dishonest, lying, thieving bottom of the barrel people. They told me one price and then changed it last minute when I went in person. I asked let them set a price didn’t negotiate at all. Agreed to their original price and then when I went in person they hiked it up 6x the original estimate. I don’t remember the name of the mechanic I talked to but 6x the original quote is ridiculous. I get if it goes up 2 or 3 times. But 6x is a scam."

"We dropped off our U-Haul equipment just as they were closing, but they still helped us park it, and they were great about it. What we didn't like, is that we still had to go in the U-Haul app to finish the drop off, and to us, using it for the first time, it wasn't an easy thing to do. The thing could never find our reservation number since the beginning (for pick up), so we always had to call them anyways. I know it isn't Rubio's fault, they should get five stars, but as they're representing U-Haul, and to me, they didn't finish the job, we're giving their U-Haul business three stars."
