"I called multiple times over multiple days, left a message, and filled out the form on their website and they never contacted me back. No need to contact me now as this review will not change. Update: I finally got a call back after I made this review. However, the phone call was just spent arguing with me that I will need to pay $50 to make an appointment and that my insurance won’t cover anything that I need. Mind you, I never even said what insurance I had, and I have a pre authorization for this already. I ended up hanging up because I’m not going to beg you to make an appointment, nor pay you, and they clearly try to discourage you from using the insurance you pay for. It felt more like booking a section at a club than booking a medical appointment appointment. Hard pass."
