"Carlos was my rep and he did a phenomenal job. Someone crashed into my car and ran off. About $5,000 in damage was caused to my vehicle. They haggled with my insurance, getting them to cover some of the damages. that they deemed "unrelated". It was. definitely a sight to see when I got my car back and it looked better than it did before the crash. Carlos kept me updated throughout the repair process, including his interaction with the claims adjuster. Santa Ana Body Shop is my go to place for any cosmetic repairs I need done on my car. They have a solid team and exception customer service. I would choose them again for sure!"
