However, it quickly turned into a nightmare. Upon inspection, the mechanic at Koby Motors hastily declared that I needed a new engine without thoroughly examining my car. To make matters worse, the shop owner went to the extreme of suggesting insurance fraud, encouraging me to falsely claim that my car was flooded. "They charged me 800$ without fixing leaking and turning off issue of my car although at the beginning the promised it would be fixed. I asked for the reason why it’s the same issue but the owner misbehaved and didn’t answer .avoid fixing car here. Your comment answer ! If that was the case why you diagnosed the car with wrong issue at first . You changed the gasket and spark-plugs( which was okay ) but still leaking and also turning off issue . Again you gave me a new quote for a wrong parts replacement ( mounts and Catholic converter ) but I have taken to other mechanic he just fixed the timing belt also stopped leaking the without replacing any parts you guys are putting customer stuck and charging more money without diagnosing issue properly at first and replacing parts with knowing the real reason for issue .anyway I will never come again and suggest other people don’t put yourself in a trap of your services .hope we have something in Texas to file complaint on you guys ."

"Pulled up to Koby Motors due to a recommendation and was greeted by Jay. After a brief conversation about what was wrong with my 2016 Honda Accord EXL V6, Jay carefully diagnosed the problem for me and even explained how the part works and how the shop could repair the problem! He even offered to clean off my battery which had some signs of corrosion as well. 5 star service!!"

"Took my "new to me" 2000 Porsche Boxster S in for a performance upgrade. Just recently purchase the car without PPI - Pre purchase inspection, Which was not smart on my end, but the price was were i needed for a 20 year old car with 55k miles on it. CarFax checked out so went ahead with the purchase. for this mid engine car they changed all the fluids, inspected every part that was needing inspection. Installed new motor and transmission mounts, since the car was producing a rumbling noise accelerating through turns. Also upgraded and changed to a FABSPEED Performance Maxflow Exhaust, aFe superstock intake and some Manzo headers. Also changed out to new Boshe Spark plugs and the thing drives absolutely amazing with certainty that after these upgrades and maintenance services the car will go for a long while. A word about communication, taking a car in that i was expecting to get hosed on the prices, Jose Sr. and the team at Koby Motors was upfront and honest about all the work being done with constant communication with fair pricing since only a few number of people only specialize in Porsches. When i arrive there were 20 or 30 Porsches and a few other exotics being serviced by them. After the service and their fees being taken i would not trust my car to any other team than Koby Auto."
