Also, Dr. Vickers his so honest when I first arrived to Houston I went to an office near my job and they wanted to do 9 root canals and crowns but Vickers Dental saved me from that costly trip. I didn't need that many and some teeth were saved."

"I requested an earlier appointment because I have to work after the appointment. I am a new patient referral by another doctor. Looks like they don’t need any new patient or more business. They assigned a temp or a new hire to clean my teeth. Get that? They used me ( a new patient) to test a temp/ new hire. The person did my teeth cleaning very roughly. She didn’t know how to turn on the equipment and had to ask someone. She didn’t know how to document my X-ray and she went out to ask someone. She didn’t know the procedure and she had to take her gloves off and check the papers. Some water spilled on my face, I don’t know what she used to dry my face. Even worse part that she put the thing on my upper lip and covered my nose while I was opening my mouth for her to cleaning my teeth. Not only wasted my time there and I felt unsafe. I really hate that they treated the patient as we are dumb. No basic respect. The proper way to train a temp or a new hire should be let an experienced doctor or technician introduces the new person and tell the truth to the patient. Once get the patient agree to let the new person to do the treatment the experienced person should be there to guide every steps. Reply to the office reply. That is my normal speed to fill paperwork. You didn’t address your temp incompetent but blaming me. Did you inform me that you were going to use a temp to service me? What everyone else did anything for me? You guys being unreasonable. Strongly DO NOT recommend go to this practice ever. PS. I just saw all the office answers to the bad reviews. Very Interesting!"
