"Had this shop do a spark plug change on my car. Got my car back running bad (was perfectly fine before they touched it) . Told them the car was not running right they undid the work they did and put back on old parts and gave me back the new spark plugs (I just bought brand new )broken and told me I got the wrong kind. But didn’t refund or make the situation right. Car has never ran the same ever since!"
